Enjoy Mijas
Culturally there is lots to see and do in Mijas Pueblo, the Casa Museo demonstrates the town's cultural and agricultural history, dating back to Roman times. Another popular attraction is the Bullring which has a fascinating bullfighting museum attached.
Mijas' parks and gardens host a series of local fairs and festivals, including an international drama festival held each summer in the town's outdoor theatre, followed by an annual fair celebrating the town's patron saint each September.
Sports facilities available locally include various water sports, horse riding, tennis and golf. In fact the area around Mijas is home to some of the best golf courses on the coast.
